The Company
|
Pöytänikkarit Oy is a traditional Finnish carpenter company. Company's roots are dating back to 1916 when J. A. Muurimäki was producing ambulance vehicles for the army of the Tsar. At the beginning, company was manufacturing all kinds of wooden products and from 1964 they have been specialized in producing tables.
Old traditions and know-how from generation to generation in choosing raw materials, prosessing wood and shaping it, will create a strong and durable base for the company's future and the high quality of its products.
The collection of this catalog has been designed and created by Oiva and Antti Muurimäki. They have been inspired in their work by the natural beauty and the character of wood.
